1. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellations must be requested in writing (email/WhatsApp).

Refund eligibility depends on the terms of airlines, hotels, or service providers.

Non-refundable services (like visa fees or insurance) cannot be refunded.

Applicable processing fees will be deducted before issuing refunds.

2. Cancellation by Company

In case of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., natural calamity, supplier default, or overbooking), we may cancel or reschedule bookings.

Customers will be offered an alternative or a full refund, depending on availability.

3. Refund Timeline

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation from the concerned service provider.

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only.

Shipping Policy

As a service-based company, no physical products are shipped.
All bookings, invoices, and travel documents (like flight tickets, vouchers, or confirmations) are delivered digitally via email or WhatsApp.
