All bookings made through our website or authorized representatives are subject to availability and confirmation.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in airline fares, hotel rates, taxes, or currency fluctuations.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information (name, contact details, passport, etc.).

Any discrepancy in the information provided may result in cancellation or additional charges.

2. Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only upon full or partial payment, as specified during the booking process.

A confirmation email or voucher will be sent once the payment is received.

Please review all details on the confirmation carefully. Errors must be reported within 24 hours.

3. Payments

Payments can be made through credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers, or approved payment gateways.

All payments are subject to verification and authorization by the respective financial institutions.

Any additional bank or transaction charges are borne by the customer.

4. Liability

We act as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).

We are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or injury caused by third-party actions, weather conditions, natural calamities, or government restrictions.

In case of disputes, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the unutilized portion of the service.

5. Documentation & Travel Requirements

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure possession of valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and other necessary documentation.

We do not hold responsibility for visa rejections or delays by consulates/embassies.
